About the Role As First Line Manager in Service Market Logistics at Volvo Group, you will lead the daily operations in the world’s largest Volvo Group distribution center, ensuring the right parts reach customers at the right time. What You'll Do
- Provide daily operational leadership for your team and collaborate to achieve key KPIs: safety, quality, cost, delivery, environment, and people.
- Coordinate and organize activities under changing conditions to maximize efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and results, and step in as back-up First Line Manager when needed.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members and develop a culture of responsibility and growth.
- Support cross-team learning by taking on responsibilities and learning various processes. What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
