Job title: First Line Maintenance Technician
About the Role The First Line Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and first-line corrective maintenance on operational equipment per SOP, conducting basic troubleshooting, and ensuring safety and proper reporting.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and first-line corrective maintenance according to SOP.
- Handle initial troubleshooting on operational machines/devices.
- Perform resets, cleaning, light part replacements, and test functionality.
- Document and report work results, incidents, and spare parts usage via the system/work reports.
- Escalate to Second Level Maintenance (SLM) when required.
- Ensure safety, health, and asset/data confidentiality; coordinate with operations teams, monitoring, and vendors.
- Support installation, relocation, or withdrawal of devices as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Education: SMK/D3 Teknik (Electrical/Mechatronics/IT or equivalent).
- 0-2 years of maintenance/technician experience (fresh graduates considered).
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work shifts, on-call, and mobile.
- Possess SIM C/A (a plus).
- Competencies: basic problem solving; discipline & meticulousness; good communication; able to work independently and in a team.
- KPIs: SLA response & recovery, repair success rate, accuracy of reports, and adherence to SOP; device downtime.
Nice to Have
- SIM C/A driving license is a plus.
