About the Role The Lawson Group is looking for an instructor to deliver Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED training to client teams, primarily on-site at customer locations or at the Concord, NH headquarters. Training sessions run about 4.5 hours, with optional same-day certifications in Bloodborne Pathogens and STOP THE BLEED® as relevant for the team. What You'll Do
- Deliver Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED trainings (~4.5 hours) to client teams.
- Provide on-site training at client locations or at the Concord, NH headquarters; coordinate schedules.
- Manage class sizes (no maximum, but recommended below 20) and occasionally split sessions into two days to maximize learning and testing of skills.
- Liaise with our Wellness team to connect with clients for on-site trainings and group rates.
- Communicate certification validity (two years) and renewal reminders to clients. What We're Looking For
- Ability to deliver Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED training and related certifications as requested, including optional Bloodborne Pathogens and STOP THE BLEED® where relevant.
- Comfortable coordinating on-site trainings, travel to client locations, and adapting to different group sizes (up to around 20 participants recommended).
- Customer-focused and reliable with strong organizational and scheduling skills.
