About the Role The Guest Services Staff Supervisor at Villanova University Athletics manages and supports the Guest Services Event Staff to maximize the game day experience for Wildcats fans. This seasonal, part-time role serves as both a supervisor and an active team member, assisting fans, providing game day information, and fostering a welcoming environment across basketball, football, and select events.

All duties must be completed in compliance with University and NCAA rules and regulations.

What You'll Do

• Exceed customer service expectations of all Wildcat community members.
• Understand and practice policies and procedures set by Villanova University Athletics.
• Attend customer service team member training and maintain comprehensive knowledge of game day information, rules, and regulations.
• Go above and beyond to enhance game day experience.
• Serve as supervisor of Guest Services Event Staff while actively participating in event operations.
• Support fans in premium clubs, provide game day information, and foster a welcoming environment.
• Ensure smooth event operations and compliance with NCAA rules and regulations.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience
• 18 years of age or older
• Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout the duration of the event
• Occasionally lift 10 pounds, unaided
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others and provide leadership to a team
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Positive attitude toward taking on additional job responsibilities
• Good judgment and decision-making
