Job Requirements
- 7–10 years’ proven experience in finishing works, preferably within construction or real estate development
- BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or related field
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
- Proven experience supervising finishing works and construction activities on building projects
- Strong knowledge of tiling, screeding, plastering, painting, ceilings, flooring, doors, fittings, and other finishing works
- Experience coordinating artisans, subcontractors, materials, and site activities
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail, quality consciousness, discipline, and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
