About the Role We are seeking a Finishing Production Engineer to support and optimize production processes in the Finishing Department at the Operations Plant in Sedico (BL), Italy. The role offers the opportunity to analyze key metrics, improve production efficiency, and develop managerial skills while collaborating with the assembly line. What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze efficiency and OEE KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in production scheduling, detect deviations, and propose corrective actions to ensure process reliability.
- Contribute to monitoring quality KPIs and collaborate to ensure standards compliance.
- Learn and apply the principles of delegation and teamwork within the production environment.
- Support supervision of product quality checks within the assigned production area.
- Gain understanding of work cycles, production methods.
- Support activities related to workplace safety and participate in risk assessment initiatives. What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Data Science field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good relationship skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (main functions, pivot tables, advanced sorting etc..).
