Job title: Finisher
About the Role The finisher will perform operations and operate equipment for belting, stoning, and gauging metal castings, defined as turbine components or castings of comparable weight and size (approximately 5 to 50 pounds). This role is onsite at Wickliffe, OH within the Airfoils division.
What You'll Do
- Perform belting, stoning, and gauging of metal castings and operate related equipment.
- Handle hazardous waste in accordance with MSDS and company policy.
- Perform all clean and cap operations, including clean & cap tasks, mega dip, maintaining automated equipment, mold prep, dewax, flash fire, and special lot expediting.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with belting, stoning, and gauging metal castings (5-50 pounds) or similar weight range.
- Ability to handle hazardous waste per MSDS and company policy.
- Ability to operate and maintain automated equipment and perform mold prep, dewax, flash fire, and related finish operations.
- Willingness to work on-site in Wickliffe, Ohio.
