Description: Únete al equipo de Genomma Lab en un rol mixto de Finanzas y Administración enfocado al manejo de marcas de cuidado personal Skin Care a nivel global. El objetivo es definir el posicionamiento de la marca, la estrategia de corto y largo plazo y entregar comunicaciones de marca que impulsen el crecimiento del sell-out, además de diseñar y asegurar la disponibilidad del pipeline de innovación y habilitar el portafolio por canal.
- Definir la visión de ejecución por marca y habilitar el portafolio adecuado por canal, con definición global de las variables clave de la matriz Perfect Store para cada marca.
- Desarrollar el master plan de packs promocionales globales y formatos para cada canal.
