About the Role
Financing Experience Agent will provide personalized follow-up to clients in the portfolio to offer the best automotive financing options. You will manage credit placements with Kavak's financing partner and, when not applicable, seek solutions through allied banks. You will prepare credit applications based on the credit bureau and payment terms aligned with the client's ability to pay.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma (Bachillerato concluido)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial or banking sector
- Desirable experience in call centers, e-commerce, automotive or services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- CRM experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude toward customers
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with one day off per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 12,653.68 MXN per month; 1,056 MXN in payroll vouchers
