Job title: Financing Back office Executive
About the Role KAVAK is seeking a Financing Back Office Executive to help drive national and international operations by coordinating with agencies to sign financing contracts, overseeing the end-to-end process from client profiling to vehicle delivery, and training agencies on back-office systems and financing processes.
What You'll Do
- Contact agencies to coordinate, manage and close financing contract signing.
- Provide end-to-end process follow-up from client profiling to vehicle delivery.
- Train agencies on the back-office system and financing process.
- Maintain an efficient organization and clear, timely communication.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative fields.
- Basic Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
- Knowledge in vehicle paperwork.
- Availability Monday to Saturday 9:00–18:00 with option to 2 days of Home Office.
Nice to Have
- Optional: 2 days Home Office availability.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 13,000 MXN per month, plus 1,056 MXN in a voucher card.
