Financial Wellness Associate

About the Role The Financial Wellness Associate (FWA) provides exceptional client service while handling transactions and proactively engaging clients to support their financial wellness. In a hybrid branch role, FWAs balance transaction support (70%) with deeper client conversations (30%), collaborating with leadership to drive branch performance and client outcomes. What You'll Do

• Accept and accurately process financial service transactions, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Resolve more complex client servicing issues as a trusted resource.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and guide clients to the appropriate banker or provide customized financial wellness recommendations.
• Consistently meet activity, behavior, and outcome goals; participate in in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance cash drawers within guidelines.
• Develop strong partnerships with branch teammates and business partners to acquire and deepen client relationships; manage internal and external centers of influence.
• Review product guides, fees, and policies to stay current on offerings.
• May work Saturdays as directed by management.
• Comply with KeyBank policies and conduct business ethically at all times. What We're Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Experience in cash handling.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculators; working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms within Key.
• Excellent time management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Nice to Have
• Notary license within 180 days (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
• Base hourly rate: $19.23 - $28.37 per hour. Placement within the pay range may differ based on skills, experience, and location. Incentive compensation may include production, commissions.
