TRATON Financial Services Bulgaria is currently looking for a motivated professional for the position of Financial representative for MAN.

Role Summary

Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company products within a designated geography or industry. Focuses on meeting personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems. Has a solid knowledge of products, their characteristics, and market. Typically requires a good general education, excellent interpersonal skills and sales experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyzes and prepares customer acceptance proposals, submits them for approval, and implements the resulting decisions (prepares offers and facilitates the execution of contracts)
• Negotiates financing condition
• Develops and maintains effective working relationships with the Sales and Marketing organization
• Ensures the collection and quality of documents from clients for the credit file and supports the archiving of client files
• Carries out the necessary steps in relation to the client to obtain financing applications and documentation related to anti-money laundering compliance
• Manages the assigned customer portfolio, acting as the company’s interface with assigned clients and responding to all their requests, including invoice explanations, discussions and negotiation of rescheduling, delivery preparation, and maintaining contact with external partners, etc
• Collaborates with the person responsible for insurance in order to facilitate the conclusion of insurance policies
• Develops and introduces new products and services
• Develops and maintains relationships with strategic financing partners and suppliers in the region
• Prepares monthly reports for the assigned area of responsibility, Provides support during audit
• Ensures the verification of client-declared data (RECOM, electronic archive, company registers, money laundering checks, and international sanctions screening), in accordance with applicable internal rules and instructions
• Ensures ongoing client monitoring by performing annual reviews and updates of client data, including registered office address, shareholders, administrators, and other relevant information

Education & Skills required

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field and previous expirience

Methodical and well-organized

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-driven and able to work independently

Ability to work under pressure

Cooperative / team player
