About the Role
Reporting to the Head of External Reporting and Technical Accounting (US GAAP), the Financial Reporting Manager will prepare the external-facing reporting including the quarterly earnings release and quarterly and annual financial statements for CNH Industrial. This role supports external auditors and regulatory filings, collaborates with the IFRS external reporting team, and requires strong technical accounting acumen. The position offers a hybrid work model with three on-site days in Oak Brook, IL and two days remote. What You'll Do
- Prepare CNH Industrial financial statements and footnotes under US GAAP, including the Annual Report on Form 10-K, Quarterly Reports, and registration statements, coordinating with the IFRS external reporting team.
- Prepare the financial press release in coordination with senior management, Investor Relations, Communications, Legal, and external auditors.
- Research and prepare technical accounting memos to support resolution of accounting issues and handling of new transactions.
- Monitor US GAAP and SEC developments and assist in the adoption of new accounting and disclosure requirements.
- Work closely with external auditors to address accounting and reporting issues, review financial statements and footnotes, and other matters as needed.
- Support corporate accounting functions such as goodwill and intangible impairment assessments, stock-based compensation accounting, and pension accounting.
- Assist with related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the financial reporting process, US GAAP accounting and SEC compliance Nice to Have
- CPA license
- External audit experience Compensation & Benefits
- The annual salary for this role is USD $84,375.00 - $123,750.00 plus any applicable bonus.
