You'll combine excellent analytical capability with strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge constructively.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
-
A recognised finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
-
Significant FP&A experience within a complex and regulated environment.
-
Strong expertise across budgeting, forecasting, performance management and long-range planning.
-
Advanced financial modelling skills with experience building and challenging sophisticated models.
-
The ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insight.
-
A strong understanding of accounting principles, management reporting and financial controls.
-
Experience operating within regulated financial services, insurance or similar environments.
-
Strong systems and analytical capability, including experience with Dynamics 365, Power BI and Power Apps.
-
An interest in leveraging technology, automation and AI to improve planning and forecasting processes.
-
Excellent communication and business partnering skills, with the credibility to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Most importantly, you'll be a collaborative and commercially minded individual who enjoys solving complex problems, challenging thinking and helping the business make better decisions through high-quality financial insight.
