About the Role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join Eviden, an Atos Group business, to start a meaningful career in the financial operations area in Romania. The role involves assisting clients via phone or ticketing system for financial operations (e.g., card/banking application blocking due to fraud, loss or theft) and providing information about bank account statements, payment transactions, and card status. You will also assist clients who want to lodge an appeal for their order, in a dynamic international environment. What You'll Do
- Answer client inquiries via phone and ticketing system for financial operations, including card and banking issues due to fraud, loss, or theft
- Provide information related to bank account statements, payment transactions, and banking card status
- Assist clients with lodging appeals for their orders and guide them through the process What We're Looking For
- French language mandatory (minimum B2)
- English language – beginner (A2)
- Flexibility and availability for shift schedule
- Teamworking skills and ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking
