We advise multinational corporations, privately held companies, partnerships, and private equity firms on the tax aspects of planning, structuring, and executing M&A transactions.
As a member of our Washington National Tax team, you would play a critical role providing advice to our clients and firm personnel in the areas of financial instruments, corporate, and M&A tax.
