About the Role As a Financial Corporate Communications Scholar in BMW Mexico, you will be responsible for initiating and managing purchase requisitions, tracking the approval workflow, and verifying supplier purchase orders. You’ll collaborate with the press fleet team and provide administrative support to the team, gaining hands-on experience with meaningful responsibilities from day one.
What You'll Do
- Manage the invoice processing and payment lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
- Prepare periodic budget reports to track spending and identify variances.
- Contribute to the development of budget forecasts and projections.
- Assist with team-related administrative tasks and coordination.
- Initiate and manage purchase requisitions, track requisitions through the approval workflow, and verify PO confirmations from suppliers.
- Collaborate with the press fleet team to support efficient operations.
What We're Looking For
- Active university student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
- Availability to work from 9 am to 3 pm (30 hours per week).
- Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
- Good MS Office skills (intermediate-advanced).
- Proactive, responsible and strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
