Financial Controlling and Analysis (FC&A) Tower is part of Global Business Operations and provides oversight on financial activities and controls including general accounting, management and external reporting and financial planning and analysis. The tower is responsible for the interpretation of financial and statutory data, the coordination and management of financial and statutory reporting, the management of the P&L and balance sheet delivering solutions that will increase insight and transparency. Tower responsibilities also include ensuring there is a true and fair representation of business performance at the cut-off point for the period and transparency on financials for Business Performance Management.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Support key financial controlling and accounting processes, including month-end and period-end close, accruals, journal entries, and financial statement preparation and review.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial, statutory, and management reporting in line with internal and external requirements.
  • Apply finance technical reporting expertise, including relevant IFRS standards, to accounting and reporting processes.
  • Continuously monitor balance sheet accounts, KPIs, and data quality, identifying and addressing potential inconsistencies.
  • Support statutory reporting processes, including year-end statutory adjustments, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the market and Group.
  • Prepare and support transfer pricing processes and reporting in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support balance sheet reviews and ensure adherence to internal controls and CARM requirements.
  • Support the FAC process by providing relevant analysis and ensuring timely completion.

About you

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in accounting or financial controlling.
  • Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Solid grasp of financial controlling processes, including balance sheet management, Group and local financial reporting, and accounting principles.
  • Good understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance and ethics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand the bigger picture, identify key insights and communicate them clearly.
  • Fluent English language skills.
