ABOUT THE ROLE
The Financial Officer (FO) provides strategic leadership for the Finance function and serves as a key member of the Executive Management Team. The role is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's financial strategy, ensuring sound financial management, regulatory compliance, effective risk management, capital planning, treasury management, and accurate financial reporting. The FO provides financial insights that support strategic decision-making, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare financial projections and budgets in line with business plan
- Lead, inspire, develop and guide a high performing Finance team
- Provide strategic leadership for all finance and accounting functions across the Group.
