Details:
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria
- Employment Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
- Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in treasury, finance operations, or similar roles at a fintech, bank, or multinational company.
- Core accounting background.
- Experience with cross-border payments, liquidity management, and FX execution, especially in Africa.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, with a bias for action and problem-solving.
- Understanding of financial controls, regulatory reporting, and inter-company structures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate clearly across partners, banks, and internal teams.
- Startup mindset and comfort working in an ambiguous environment while building systems from the ground up.
