About this role
Financial Analyst
About Us
We are a market-leading and award-winning international recruitment consultancy, operating globally across the UK, Germany and the USA. We specialise in recruiting professionals for the built environment and energy sectors.
About the role
The Financial Analyst (FA) sits in the group finance team and turns data from across the business into numbers people can trust and act on. If you like pulling data together from different systems, getting it to reconcile, and then working out what it's telling you, this role is a good fit.
You'll work with the finance teams across London, Manchester, Berlin and South Africa, as well as the CFO and regional Managing Directors, so being able to explain your findings clearly to non-finance people matters as much as the analysis itself.
You'll also lead the analysis for Comanos, our renewable energy business. It's seasonal and can swing a lot from month to month, so we need someone who gets right into the detail, spots trends and risks early, and is comfortable building and running complex models for a high volume temp recruitment business.
