MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze financial results, trends, and metrics monthly. Communicate key drivers regarding the full financial profit and loss statement (sales, AGM, customer drivers, adjustments, etc.).
- Partner with the Onshore team to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines are met.
- Support new business initiatives, system integrations, and other major change management impacting the FA team.
- Support the onshore team to prepare quarterly forecast, annual Financial Plan and Long-Range Plan. Understand & document the business drivers that impact actual and forecast financials.
- Partner with the onshore team to conduct and lead quarterly/monthly financial business reviews with Onsite Stakeholders and other senior management.
