About the Role A junior Financial Analyst role within Motorola Solutions' APAC FP&A team, focusing on analytics, forecasting, and financial close for APAC regions. You will support P&L reporting, backlog consolidation, and collaboration with regional controllers. What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive APAC business analytics and reporting, spanning financial analysis, P&L reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc operational support.
- Manage the monthly financial close process, including FX impact analysis and performance reporting for the APAC region.
- Consolidate regional financial metrics (Sales, Orders, Gross Margin, Contribution Margin).
- Consolidate & review APAC Backlog Project List & loading to Smart View.
- Coordinate data loading for International Units and the CV Plan & Forecast.
- Generate and tie out the APAC Management Costing Report.
- Execute APAC Mansum Release tie-outs utilizing the MAT tool & tie check with Backlog Report, and Smartview.
- Partner with Regional Controllers, Country Controllers, and accounting teams to drive strategic initiatives that scale APAC operations. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent; ACCA/CPA qualification or similar.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Proactive self-starter, detail-oriented, able to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to manage complex, shifting priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power Query; hands-on experience with Oracle and BI tools (Tableau/Alteryx) preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours; travel under 10%. Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle and business intelligence tools (Tableau/Alteryx).
- Prior exposure to APAC or global FP&A processes. Compensation & Benefits
