The Role
The Financial Analysis Manager will act as a strategic and analytical partner to the designated Team. As part of the Finance team, the role involves providing functional leadership in financial planning and data analysis to drive balanced, profitable growth while ensuring financial integrity.
Your Contribution
Financial Leadership:
- Managing quarter-end close processes.
- Coordinating with controllership to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Collaborating closely with the Cluster business team on day-to-day activities.
- Interacting with Regional category teams, finance peers, and the supply chain team
- Partner with cluster sales heads to make sound financial decisions.
- Own the P&L by managing budgets and ensuring predictability while achieving business results
