Job title: Financial Aid Services Coordinator

About the Role Wabash College is seeking a Financial Aid Services Coordinator to join our Enrollment team. You’ll be the first point of contact for many students and families, guiding them through the financial aid process while helping administer more than $50 million in financial aid annually.

What You'll Do

  • Guide students and families through the financial aid application process
  • Process financial aid applications and supporting documentation
  • Manage communications by phone, in person
  • Conduct financial aid appointments
  • Coordinate scholarships, grants, and student loan processes
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as institutional policies
  • Support daily office operations and Enrollment Division initiatives
  • Help train and supervise student employees

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Administrative, banking, or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in higher education or financial aid is a plus, but not required
