- Manage and advise a book of high-net-worth clients
- Develop personalized financial plans and investment strategies
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and portfolio reviews
- Deliver ongoing financial planning and investment guidance
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and support business development
- Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to provide an exceptional client experience
- Stay current on market trends and economic developments to support client recommendations What We're Looking For
- 3-10+ years of wealth management or financial advisory experience
- CFP or CFA required (or CFP near completion)
- Series 65 license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience with financial planning software such as MoneyGuidePro, Wealthscape, or Advisor Center
- Strong investment knowledge and financial planning expertise
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year
