About the Role The Financial Advisor, Investment and Retirement Planning (FAIR) is a branch sales professional responsible for contributing to the team’s success by meeting or exceeding deposit and investment sales goals through effective management of an assigned client portfolio. The role focuses on establishing and deepening investment and primary banking relationships with existing clients and referrals, promoting growth of proprietary investment business in the market. You will deliver tailored financial planning and trusted advice to help clients achieve retirement and wealth goals.

What You'll Do

• Establish and deepen investment and primary banking relationships with existing clients and referrals from branch partners
• Meet or exceed deposit and investment sales goals through effective portfolio management
• Conduct in-depth reviews for assigned clients including retirement planning, wealth accumulation and estate planning using financial planning skills and tools
• Deliver trusted financial advice regarding investments and retirement planning; craft personalized financial strategies
• Educate clients, offer insights, and deliver expert advice while fostering engagement and building long-standing relationships
• Leverage advanced technology tools to enhance client interactions and streamline financial planning processes
• Focus on achieving targets while maintaining a balanced approach to client satisfaction and business growth
• Collaborate with branch partners to identify opportunities and cross-sell where appropriate

What We're Looking For

• Experience in financial planning and investment sales is preferred
• IPF (IQPF) designation or bank-recognized equivalent; or certification as a Mutual Funds Representative in good standing with licensing requirements (Investment Funds in Canada or bank-recognized equivalent)
• Bilingual in French and English
• Knowledgeable about competitive offerings, market trends, economic conditions, and the regulatory environment
