About the Role
This District Opportunity is designed for motivated advisors who enjoy variety, collaboration, and the opportunity to make an impact across multiple communities. Successful candidates will participate in a structured onboarding and integration period within the district before being assigned to Financial Advisor opportunities based on business needs.
What You'll Do
- Participate in a structured onboarding and integration period within the district to gain exposure to different branch environments.
- Build strong relationships across the market and prepare for placement into Financial Advisor opportunities based on business needs.
- Travel to and work from multiple branch locations as operational needs evolve during onboarding and after placement.

- Ability to contribute across multiple communities within the district and build client relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel across North BC & Yukon (including Prince George, Terrace, Prince Rupert, Fort St. John, Whitehorse) as a fundamental requirement of the role.
Compensation & Benefits
- Initial training period of approximately 3 to 6 months. Training may occur at one or more designated locations. Upon successful completion, placement into a Financial Advisor position.
- Mobility across North BC & Yukon is a fundamental requirement of the opportunity and will be discussed throughout the recruitment process.
