Roles & Responsibilities
Greet visitor(s) and make them feel welcome at our plant and help them with logging into Lobby Guard.
Resolve Genpact exceptions and maintain the SHOA-Payables mailbox.
Maintain the Accrual Rebuild accounts
Assists with lunches for meetings and activities.
Orders all office supplies.
Verify packing slips match Oracle PO Receipts report and file packing slips.
Assist in records retention schedule and dispose of/archive office files when required.
Maintain contract paperwork files – including mailing/e-mailing and verification before plant manager signature.
Responsible for all contract invoices – making sure the owner’s representatives are entering receipts in Oracle and invoices are sent to Genpact for payment as well as researching any payment status inquiries from contractors.
Ability to help sign off on payroll and reconcile inventory and/or production when needed.
Must be available for month end closing.
Qualifications & Requirements
Associates degree or minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Proficient abilities using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
Must possess organizational skills and apply them on a consistent basis.
Must be personable and able to verbally communicate with various levels of people.
Must demonstrate self-motivation in the performance of all tasks.
Follow all Federal, state, and local traffic laws if you use the company vehicle to retrieve the mail from the post office or other errands.
Perform other duties as directed by the office manager or plant manager.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay Range: $29.00-$35.00
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
