Finance Transformation Manager

About the Role The Manager – Regional Finance Support at SKF leads the Finance Support organization across the region, ensuring effective service delivery in line with service levels, governance requirements, and business objectives. This role enables operational excellence, standardization, business continuity, capability development, finance transformation and continuous improvement across the regional finance organization. What You'll Do

• Lead the regional Finance Support organization toward the target operating model and future-state vision; ensure delivery of support services per SLAs and governance; drive operational excellence, service quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement; develop organizational capabilities and competency frameworks; coordinate standardized finance processes, templates and practices across all countries in the region; ensure regulatory, internal controls and company compliance.
• Lead Process Excellence, Training, BCP & Sustainability: develop, review, standardize and govern SOPs, process documentation and operating manuals; design and implement role-based training programs; establish knowledge management to reduce single-point dependencies; own Business Continuity Planning (BCP) processes including development, testing, maintenance and ongoing enhancement of recovery plans; drive succession planning, cross-training and critical skills development; support sustainability objectives by coordinating initiatives and embedding sustainable practices; promote employee engagement and collaboration; ensure alignment with governance standards and risk management.
• Reporting, Analytics, Automation & Finance Transformation: lead regional performance reporting, analytics and management information; support performance management initiatives; develop KPI dashboards and executive reviews; generate actionable insights on costs, productivity and risks; drive automation, digitization and simplification of finance processes using available technologies and AI-enabled tools; partner with Finance, Business and Technology teams to identify and implement improvements; lead finance transformation programs including process standardization, ERP enablement, SAP implementation support, governance enhancement and benefits realization; monitor initiatives with defined metrics and milestones; support leadership with business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Stakeholder & People Management: build strong partnerships with regional finance leaders, shared services teams and business stakeholders to enable cross-functional collaboration and a high-performing regional team. What We're Looking For
• Experience leading regional or multi-country finance support and transformation programs aligned to standardized processes and governance.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/SAP, finance process standardization and digital enablement.
• Ability to design and implement training, knowledge management, and BCP frameworks; familiarity with sustainability initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with capability to generate insights, create KPI dashboards and support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills; track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and talent development. Nice to Have
• Experience with SAP implementation support, ERP migrations or large-scale finance transformations.
