Job title: Finance Systems Analyst
About the Role Atradius is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to join the ITS Finance team. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, combining strong business analysis with a solid understanding of finance systems, data and delivery processes to support finance and risk systems across Oracle EBS/Financials, Hyperion, SAP Concur and related regulatory needs.
What You'll Do
- Analyse business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse data to support issue investigation, change analysis, reconciliation, and solution design.
- Investigate existing finance systems, data flows, interfaces, and reporting processes to determine the impact of requested changes.
- Work with developers to explain business requirements, clarify expected system behaviour, validate technical designs, and follow up on implementation progress.
- Collaborate with other ITS teams on environment, performance, connectivity, scheduling, deployment, and operational topics.
- Support delivery processes including backlog refinement, test coordination, defect follow-up, and release preparation.
- Support testing activities, including test scenario definition, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect analysis.
- Help ensure that delivered solutions are robust, maintainable, compliant, and aligned with finance system architecture and operational standards.
- Maintain clear documentation of requirements, process flows, data mappings, system behaviour, decisions, and implemented changes.
- Act as a trusted point of contact between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
What We're Looking For
- Business Analysis & Finance Systems Expertise: Proven experience as a BA/Systems Analyst/Functional Analyst or similar role in a finance systems environment. Experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion desirable. Understanding of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, expense management, financial reporting, reconciliations, or regulatory reporting. Insurance or financial services industry experience is advantageous. IFRS 17/Solvency II awareness a plus. Ability to document requirements, process flows, data flows, interface specifications, and acceptance criteria; translate requirements into practical system changes; communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Strong analytical skills; solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle) and SQL; experience with ETL, data integration, or reporting platforms; Informatica and/or Databricks knowledge a plus. Familiarity with ERP integrations, batch processes, interfaces, file exchanges, APIs, and data reconciliation concepts. Experience with Basware, Cupra, Hyperion Suite or similar. Understanding of software delivery lifecycle; familiarity with Azure DevOps, backlog management, user stories, defects, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to communicate with infrastructure, database, integration, and application teams on environments, connectivity, scheduling, access, performance, and deployments. English fluency required; Spanish a plus. Travel ~10%.
