About the Role Netflix is seeking finance, accounting, and strategy professionals to support its global financial operations across Core Finance & Controllership, FP&A, and Strategy & Analysis. These teams partner to drive budgeting, forecasting, P&L planning, and strategic decision support that enable Netflix to grow and innovate worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Provide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis to support Netflix’s global operations and decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders across content, advertising, games, and live experiences to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Support activities across Accounting, Production Finance, Tax, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Internal Audit, and Payroll within Core Finance & Controllership and related teams to maintain controls and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage P&L outlook and performance metrics for multiple business units.
- Help scale Netflix’s financial operations as the company expands globally.
What We're Looking For

- Interest or experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration across geographies.
- Ability to influence senior leaders with clear storytelling and data-driven recommendations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and supporting scale across global operations.
