About the Role The Finance Specialist - Finance Business Partnership serves as a trusted finance partner to senior business leaders across accounts, practices, or portfolios. You will provide financial insights, influence decisions, and own forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis to support short- and long-term plans while ensuring financial discipline and clear reporting.
What You'll Do
- Act as trusted finance partner to senior leaders, providing financial insights for account/practice decisions
- Influence commercial outcomes by identifying risks, opportunities, and trade-offs related to revenue, margins, investments, and resource allocation
- Support pricing, deal structuring, and commercial evaluations to align with financial objectives and risk thresholds
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis for short- and long-term planning
- Monitor performance vs plan, explain variances, and provide recommendations to leadership
- Develop and deliver management reporting (P&L, margin drivers, investment tracking)
- Mentor and coach junior Finance Business Partners and analysts
- Ensure financial hygiene across project and account reporting, including forecast accuracy and spend visibility
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support procurement, investment tracking, and finance process compliance
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with data integrity
- Act as SME within Finance Business Partnering, supporting best practices, training and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance tools, processes, and reporting standards
- Model effective business partnership and financial rigor to raise team maturity
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CPA or other designations a plus but not required
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in commercial/corporate finance, FP&A, consulting, or finance business partnering
- Strong financial acumen (P&L management, forecasting, variance analysis, commercial modeling)
- Proven track record partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decisions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; strong financial systems and reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights
- Sound judgment to challenge stakeholders while supporting business needs
- Highly motivated with strong work ethic, ownership, and initiative
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English; client-first mentality; collaborative problem-solving approach
- Intense work ethic and collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
- MBA or CPA or other professional designations are a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 110,000 – 118,000 per year
