Finance Programmes and Change Manager

About the Role Join Wise's Finance team as a Finance Programmes and Change Manager to drive delivery of key finance projects and embed change across the finance function. You will lead high-impact initiatives, partner with Accounting, Reporting, FP&A, Tax, Risk & Controls, Product, Analytics, and Engineering, and establish governance and metrics. What You'll Do

• Lead high-impact Finance projects or programmes across Group Finance; own scope, success criteria, and delivery approach; hands-on delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build cross-Finance alignment and drive change; partner with Accounting, Reporting, FP&A, Tax, Risk & Controls, Product, Analytics, and Engineering; lead structured change management including impact assessments, communication, training, and adoption tracking
• Drive improvements in Finance processes, systems, and ways of working; identify opportunities to standardise, automate, and simplify; ensure business requirements are met and compliance maintained
• Ensure strong programme governance and delivery discipline; lead planning, scheduling, and risk/issue management with clear reporting
• Define success metrics to track benefits realization and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, control, and scalability What We're Looking For
• Experienced Programme Manager with credibility; ability to tailor governance structures; recognised programme or portfolio management qualification and likely a project management qualification; change management qualification and experience with monday.com or Jira
• Excellent communicator and highly collaborative; able to build relationships quickly across teams and functions; capable of influencing across matrix structures
• Passion for working in a Finance team; experience in finance within high-growth, regulated environments and global financial services
• Strong change management and communication skills to guide business through cumulative change; adapt communication style to circumstances
• Global mindset; experience supporting leaders and employees across geographies and timezones
• Data-driven decision making; use data to inform decisions Nice to Have

• Salary range: £88,000 – £110,000 per year
