About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Finance & Operations Manager to oversee financial management, operational controls, budgeting, reporting, and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, management accounts, and cash-flow reports.
- Monitor expenditure, receivables, payables, and project financial performance.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Oversee procurement, supplier payments, inventory, and warehouse financial controls.
- Manage banking relationships and working capital.
- Coordinate audits and statutory/tax compliance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions.
- Identify financial leakages, risks, and opportunities to reduce operational costs.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.

Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cash-flow management, and internal controls.

Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, logistics, warehousing, commodities, or project-based businesses is an advantage.

Strong Excel and accounting/ERP systems skills.

Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
