About the Role You’ll help shape the future of finance as part of Deloitte's Finance Transformation team. You’ll collaborate with CFOs, finance leaders, and executive clients to solve their most complex challenges. Leveraging Deloitte's unmatched resources and deep industry insights, you’ll deliver governance and standards that enable the Tech Enablement team to scale consistently and with quality.
What You'll Do
- Frameworks & Standards Development: Design and implement governance frameworks, delivery standards, and quality guardrails for the Tech Enablement team across all workstreams.
- Documentation & Standards: Establish and maintain documentation standards for solution architecture, process flows, integration designs, and AI/automation outputs.
- Cross-team Consistency: Define cross-team consistency requirements—templates, naming conventions, reuse patterns, and review checkpoints—to reduce rework and accelerate delivery.
- Governance & Risk: Own cross-workstream consistency, risk management practices, and the governance structures that underpin platform delivery.
