Job description

Manage daily financial operations.
Prepare and monitor budgets.
Track revenue and expenses.
Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Reconcile platform transactions.
Monitor advertiser campaign payments.
Monitor creator payouts and payment schedules.
Manage escrow-related financial records in coordination with the relevant payment/technology partners.
Prepare monthly management accounts.
Monitor cash flow.
Prepare financial forecasts.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Manage invoices and receipts.
Coordinate tax and statutory obligations with external advisers where applicable.
Monitor commissions, platform fees and subscription revenue.
Identify financial irregularities and escalate them.
Provide financial reports to the CEO.
Develop financial controls to minimise fraud and errors.
