Overview
This role supports financial operations with a focus on accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance within a Lagos-based asset management/financial services environment. The successful candidate will hold relevant accounting or finance qualifications and bring practical experience to sustain the organization’s financial integrity.
Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping for all transactions
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and cash flow management
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Help ensure regulatory compliance and support internal and external audits as required
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and improve financial processes
Requirements
- Qualification: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Professional Qualification: ICAN, ACCA, or an equivalent recognized qualification, either completed or in advanced progress
- Residency: Candidate must be resident in Lagos
- Location: Lagos-based, ready to undertake full-time duties
