About the Role Join P&G's finance team in Schwalbach am Taunus. This role offers immediate responsibility for key strategic initiatives in a multinational environment. From Day 1 you’ll contribute to external negotiations with customers, co-create marketing and sales plans, and drive efficiency in production and logistics.
What You'll Do From Day 1, you will have full responsibility for key strategic initiatives, including external negotiations with customers, crafting marketing and sales plans with colleagues, and improving efficiency of production and logistics. Work in finance roles across local or regional organizations, such as Financial Analyst (brand/product category), Financial Analyst in Customer Business Development, Plant Financial Manager, Financial Accountant, or Internal Audit Analyst. Collaborate with multi-functional teams and help shape business development and decision-making.
What We're Looking For You have, or will have, a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results. Flexibility to work at any DACH site (Schwalbach, Crailsheim, Kronberg, Worms, Euskirchen, Groß Gerau, Walldürn, Berlin, Marktheidenfeld, Spittal a.d. Drau) with full location flexibility in DACH. Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for Finance. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative. Capability to make complex decisions using all data available while being comfortable with gut feeling and instinct. Proficiency in German and English (minimum C1). Short work experience, internships and studies abroad are considered a plus.
