Job title: Finance Manager/Operations Controller
About the Role The Finance Manager/Operations Controller at Nutreco’s Indianapolis plant leads the site’s financial and administrative strategy and drives short- and long-term financial planning. You will partner with the leadership team to provide critical financial insights, manage risks, ensure tax compliance, and support sustainable operating improvements.
What You'll Do
- Lead the site’s financial and administrative strategy and oversee budgeting and financial controls.
- Formulate short- and long-term financial plans and guide departments through annual business cycles.
- Partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team to deliver insights, manage risks, and ensure tax/audit compliance and asset stewardship.
- Optimize administrative processes, monitor budget performance, and drive operational improvements toward sustainability goals.
What We're Looking For
- Chartered Accountant or CPA designation with at least five years of finance/administration leadership experience, ideally in global manufacturing.
- Deep analytical mindset with a track record of turning financial insights into actionable operational recommendations.
- Proficiency with ERPs, OneStream, and PowerBI; ability to link financial performance to plant operations.
- Strong collaboration and integrity; capable of acting as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager.
- Experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets with a focus on CO2 reduction and energy efficiency.
- Experience with tax compliance and internal audit controls; sustainable, inclusive leadership.
