We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our LATAM finance team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role is a critical bridge between our regional strategy and day-to-day financial excellence.
Role Objectives This person will be an individual contributor in our LATAM Finance team. Drive Operational Excellence: Manage the month-end close process and quarterly financial reporting for our LATAM entities, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with local standards. Support Regional Leadership: Act as a key deputy to the Latam Regional Finance Lead, providing the data and insights necessary to steer the business. Operationalize Compliance: Directly oversee the execution of controls and processes required by the Central Bank of Brazil, ensuring we stay "audit-ready" at all times.
