About the Role

We are looking for a strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, accounting, budgeting, and tax compliance across our construction, legal, and interior design business lines in Lekki, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts tailored to multi-industry operations.

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).

• Oversee project costing, pricing strategies, and financial performance tracking for construction projects and interior fit-outs.

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll processing.

• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian tax laws (FIRS, LIRS) and other statutory regulatory requirements.

• Establish robust internal controls, manage financial risks, and coordinate internal and external audits.

• Provide data-driven financial insights, variance analysis, and advisory support to management for cost optimization and profitability.

• Manage working capital and maintain healthy cash flow across all business units.

• Requirements & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive finance and accounting experience (multi-project or related industry experience is a strong advantage).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) is an added advantage.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and accounting software.

• Strong analytical skills, high integrity, and deep knowledge of Nigerian financial and tax regulations.

Salary

N350,000 – N400,000 / month.
