Finance Manager

Section: About the Role Sujimoto Construction Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, lead the finance team, support strategic decision-making, and maintain the organisation’s financial health.

Section: Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Lead and manage the finance team.
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Coordinate audits and resolve audit findings.
• Implement internal controls, manage financial risks, and improve financial systems and processes.
• Support financial modelling, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Section: Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
