Responsibilities
You’ll take the lead across:
- Group financial management and reporting across multiple entities
- Monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes
- Management accounts, consolidated reporting and financial statements
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- 13-week cash flow forecasting, treasury and liquidity management
- Banking relationships, funding facilities and financial institutions
- Taxation, VAT, SARS engagements and statutory compliance
- IFRS / IFRS for SMEs and technical accounting
- Financial controls, governance, risk management and audit
- Debtors, creditors, payroll, inventory and fixed asset oversight
- Financial systems, reporting dashboards and process automation
- Financial modelling, investment evaluations and business cases
- Acquisitions, disposals, due diligence and strategic projects
