Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and review periodic financial statements, management accounts, and financial performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, statutory obligations, and financial reporting standards.
- Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Manage working capital, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures.
- Supervise the finance team and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial records.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).

Minimum of 7–8 years’ relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably with experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.

Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

High levels of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
