About the Role The Finance Manager will lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, local GAAP and tax law for LEONI's Maroc operations, and oversee core finance processes from concept to execution. What You'll Do
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, local GAAP and tax law
- Determine and value balance sheet items in alignment with national and international accounting standards
- Perform monthly plausibility checks of P&L and balance sheet results
- Manage payroll and personnel-related provisions (vacation, overtime, bonuses, pensions)
- Account for fixed assets and execute AR/AP accounting including booking incoming payments, bank statements, outgoing payments and due-date monitoring
- Conduct legal entity budgeting and mid-term planning (P&L & BS)
- Support other accounting and financial reporting tasks as needed What We're Looking For
- Functional / Professional Master in finance / accounting
