Minimum of 5yrs experience at middle management level. ACA is highly recommended, though not compulsory. Pay Range – 100k – 150k (net of all deductions) Essential Skill – Good knowledge of use of excel. Experience with Sage Accounting software is an added advance.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create new accounting/operations procedures to prepare and manage rapidly growing entities and evolving business structure
- Handle all financial/tax statutory regulation/compliance
- Manage all accounting procedures
- Prepare budget forecast
- Publish financial statements on time
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Reconcile accountant’s payable and receivable
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Mange balance sheet and profit/loss statements JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience
- A FEMALE is preferred for gender balance
- ICAN Certification is a must.
- Experience in Real Estate or construction is preferably
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including the generally accepted accounting principle (GAAP)
- Handle experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills including lookups and Pivot tables
- BSC in accounting, finance, or a relevant degree
