About the Role The Finance Manager will oversee accounting, tax, and financial controls for a 12-month maternity leave cover in Italy, ensuring accurate financial reporting and governance compliance. The role partners with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and support audits.
What You'll Do
- Oversee general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury activities
- Coordinate monthly and yearly financial closings
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Manage corporate books and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Manage and coordinate all ordinary and extraordinary tax compliance activity
What We're Looking For
- Experience in accounting and financial management
- Knowledge of statutory financial reporting and governance
- Strong tax compliance experience (ordinary and extraordinary tax activities)
- Ability to coordinate with auditors and corporate governance processes
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: €60,000 - €72,000 gross annual salary
- Contract: 12 Months Maternity Leave Cover
- Location: Milan and Rome, Italy
