Job Description

  • Oversee the hotel's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

  • Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and internal controls; analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic business decisions and achieve financial targets.

  • Manage month-end and year-end closing, audits, taxation, statutory compliance and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring adherence to Accor's financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field; CA, CMA, MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, statutory compliance, auditing and internal financial controls.

  • Proficiency in financial management systems, accounting software and MS Excel.

  • Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with department heads and senior management.
