Mercure Chiang Mai Finance Manager
Job Description
•Managing and supervising daily accounting operations.
•Establish or recommend to management major economic objectives, strategies aimed at cost minimization and maximization of revenue opportunities and evaluate the implact of business decisions where necessary.
•Prepare reports as required by the company and where necessary provide detailed analysis, outlining trends, weeknesses and recommendations for corrective action.
•Direct and coordinate hotel finance planning for budget management and hotel forecast.
•Participate as a member of management and advise on the financial, administrative and legal implications of all maters being reviewed.
•Ensure accurate and timely filing and payment of all taxes, licenses and statutory requirements
•Ensure the subordinates are performing their tasks properly and efficiently.
Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

•Bachelor’s degree in higher in Accounting, Finance or related field.

•Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel or hospitality finance with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.

•Fluent in Thai & English both written and spoken, familiarity with hotel system and excellent interpersonal skills
-
•Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
